  1. Recognize the signal and write it down clearly.

  2. Write down the story, fears, and assumptions that show up.

  3. Identify which "buffer" might be running thin: sleep, nutrition, stress, or recovery.

  4. Run a mini 1-week experiment with 1 small change.

  5. Let your body give you feedback: better, worse, or different. Adjust accordingly.

This is how healthy aging begins.
