If You're Gaining Weight But Are Hardly Eating, This Could Be Why

Muscle loss means you'll burn less of the same meals you used to have in your 30s.

The best way to maintain a healthy body composition (fat to muscle to bone ratio) is to keep our muscle mass. You don’t have to look buff, ripped, or shredded. The function of your muscles is much more important than physique.

Starting in our late 20s, we’ll lose muscle mass gradually and unless we incorporate some musculoskeletal movements intentionally, it’s going to continue to decline, and with it our metabolism.

Incorporate at least one of these daily:

  1. Chores around the house

  2. Sports

  3. Resistance band training

  4. Weight lifting

  5. Push ups, sit ups, pull ups, squats

What you’ll get:

  1. Better metabolism

  2. Stronger bones

  3. Better glucose metabolism

  4. More stamina

  5. Less visceral fat
