Consistency is key! I had a major setback last week with a fall that broke 5 ribs, but I know that bit by bit I have to get back to all the good habits and not give up (I’m 68)

I agree. It's much more important to be consistent than perfect. I'm sorry to hear about your ribs - that's usually a pretty tough injury. I am sure you have a good plan with your own doctor on how to recover to help you get back into the swing of things as soon as possible and prevent complications.
